insurance payments. You automatically qualify. No credit check or bank account is
required.
With ReliaCard Visa:
You do not need to go to the bank; and
You will not experience mail delays or stolen checks.
Your unemployment insurance payments are automatically deposited to the card.
It's safe. No more worries about late, lost or stolen checks, or the need to carry lots of cash. The card carries it for you.
It's a Visa. You can use the ReliaCard Visa everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. It gives you the power of Visa, but it's not a credit card because you are using your own money. (Note: ATM fees apply to all cash withdrawals.)
With the ReliaCard Visa, you will receive a monthly Visa statement to help you keep
track of your account. You can also access your account information 24 hours a day
online or by phone.
To apply for ReliaCard Visa, complete the Authorization for ReliaCard Visa
form. Mail the completed form to the address listed on the
form. This permits us to load your benefits to the ReliaCard Visa.
When your card arrives, activate the card by calling the toll-free number listed on
the back of the card. Once your card is activated, future unemployment insurance
payments will be loaded automatically to your new card. Regular ATM fees apply to
all cash withdrawals.
